The ingredients were all there at the opening of the exhibition “Odyssey in Color – Oil on Canvas and
Poetic Texts” by the multifaceted artist and poet Alessandro Wesch, in perfect symbiosis with the contemporary
presentation of some exclusive design pieces from the “Sormani
Private Collection,” a famous pioneering brand of the 1960s-80s that marked the history of Italian
Design, giving us unforgettable icons for innovative shapes and materials.
The realization of this ambitious project, which gradually takes shape within the
spaces of our gallery, was possible thanks to the enthusiastic collaboration of Gloria
Sormani, daughter of the great creator of the brand Luigi Sormani, and founder of the collection that
bears his name. Special thanks to Valeria Boscolo Mezzopan, who acted as
trait d’union in this valuable collaboration.
And the keen interest and turnout of the audience was a clear sign of the appreciation
of the innovative formula proposed by filoARTE.
